The room had a strong smoke smell that lingered. The carpet on the stairs generated a lot of static electricity, causing shocks when I reached for the bannister.

The hotel is in a fantastic location near takeaways, shops, supermarkets, and a lovely river walk. the rooms are lovely, equipped with a spa bath and comfortable chairs, and also have smoke detectors for safety.

Overall it was beautiful with spa bath. We had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge in the room.

We were upgraded to guest room with spa bath on check in. The hotel was short walk to restaurant, good walk through the Naish Park, and the Highway Lodge Motel thanks to its easy and comfortable location. Nothing too much trouble, really, had an enjoyable stay for winter time...

The flat-screen TV in the room was a great entertainment option. I was thrilled to find an electric kettle and cookware in the kitchenette. The VIP check-in/out made me feel like a true VIP. The motel's proximity to a golf course was a bonus. The possibility of having in-room breakfast was a delightful surprise. The place was fairly clean and staff was gorgeous. We asked for the queen studio with spa bath and it was ready when arrived. Really enjoyed that we had central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave.
